Tension-end circular clip-type anchorage

• Applicable steel strands:

Steel strands (2,000MPa and below) of 1×7 structure, with diameters of Φ15.2~Φ15.7mm and Φ12.7~Φ12.9mm.

GB/T 14370-2015 Anchorage, grip and coupler for prestressing tendons

JT/T 329-2010 Prestressing strand anchorage, grip and coupler for highway bridge

TB/T 3193-2016 Anchorage, grip and coupler for prestressing tendons in railway construction

• Product composition:

Each set of this anchorage product consists of four parts, i.e., working anchor plate, working clip, anchor bearing plate and spiral bar.

• Application range and advantages:

1. Various kinds of products enable a wide application to steel strand with the number ranging from 1 to 199, even more to meet higher engineering design requirements.

2. Steel strands are arranged on the anchorage with a small spacing; the prestressing tendons are laid compactly and have small friction loss at the anchor mouth, with sound post-tensioning self-anchoring performance; the clip follows up in a flush way, with high anchoring efficiency coefficient and stable and reliable anchorage performance.

3. This kind of products, with higher operating convenience, is equipped with YDC series center-hole jack, ZB4-500 high-pressure electric oil pump, or intelligent tensioning machine for tensioning.
