Flat anchorage

    Flat anchorages are classified into BJM-type tension-end clip-type anchorages and BJYM-type fixed-end extrusion anchorages. This kind of products is used for pre-tensioned and post-tensioned prestressed slabs, beamless floor slabs or beams whose height needs to be reduced.

YDCQ250 front clamping jack, GYJ extruder and ZB4-500 oil pump are used for tensioning of anchorages, enabling self-locking anchoring or top-pressure anchoring. For top-pressure anchoring, it is necessary to install a top pressure device on the jack, and a FL-type diversion valve on the oil circuit of the oil pump.

BJM-type flat tension-end clip-type anchorage consists of flat working anchor plate, working clip, flat anchor bearing plate and flat spiral bar.

BJYM-type flat fixed-end extrusion anchorage consists of extrusion anchor, fixed-end anchor plate (flat P-type anchor plate), flat restraint ring and flat spiral bar.
