Low-retraction anchorage
Low-retraction anchorage is a kind of low-retraction high-efficiency prestressed anchorage, which can effectively eliminate the loss of tension of prestressing tendons by twice tensioning and tightening nuts, so as to control the retraction amount of the whole set of anchorage within 1mm. This type of anchorage effectively solves the problems existing in traditional anchorage technology, such as the tendency to produce inclined cracks when the principal tensile stress exceeds the limit specified in the code, the large loss of effective prestress of prestressing tendons, and the low utilization rate of prestressing tendons.
This kind of products is widely used in vertical prestressed structures of bridges such as long-span prestressed concrete continuous beams and continuous steel structures, as well as transverse prestressed structures of railway beams, circumferential and transverse prestressed structures of towers of cable-stayed bridges, prestressed structures for slope anchorage and other short prestressing tendon structures.
