M21.8 and M28.6 large-diameter strand anchorages
They are high-efficiency anchorages of 1×19 wire structure, which are suitable for steel strands (1,860MPa and below) with large diameters of Φ21.8mm and Φ28.6mm. They are advantageous for no break during tensioning, good follow-up performance, reliable anchorage performance, and operating simplicity.
Their anchorage performance meets the requirements of GB/T 14370-2015 Anchorage, grip and coupler for prestressing tendons and FIP93 Recommendations for acceptance of post-tensioned prestressed system.
They are widely used in large bridges, heavy-duty and long-span structures, slope reinforcement in large cable water conservancy projects, anchor-pile support in foundation pit excavation of buildings, anchorage of soil and rock strata in mine development, replacement of fine-rolled twisted bars on bridges and so on.
M21.8 and QMV.M28.6 strand anchorages are classified into:
Tension-end anchorage(consisting of working anchor plate, working clip, anchor bearing plate and spiral bar)
Fixed-end anchorage(consisting of extrusion anchor, fixed-end anchor plate (P-type plate), spiral bar and restraint ring)
