Intelligent tensioning machine

Our prestressing intelligent tensioning machine realizes the digital automatic control of prestressing tendon tensioning. Compared with the traditional manual oil pump, it reduces the labor intensity of workers. During operation, it can realize self-read, self-control and automatic compensation of tension, which effectively eliminates the influence of human factors and improves the control accuracy. Based on program control technology, different programs can be compiled for this machine according to the actual operation process, so as to meet different use requirements.

The prestressing intelligent CNC tensioning machine is composed of main (A1) and auxiliary (A2) CNC hydraulic pumping stations, intelligent center-hole hydraulic jack, data signal cable, high-pressure oil pipe, high-precision pressure sensor, displacement sensor, data monitoring computer, operation control system software, etc. Data transmission and communication are carried out between A1 and A2 pumping stations through wireless communication module.
