Intelligent grouting machine

Grouting machine is a special equipment for railway and highway construction. It integrates automatic feeding, automatic measuring, high-speed mixing, low-speed mixing and slurry storage, slurry pumping (optional) and vacuum pumping (optional), and can be used in prestressing construction in railway and highway bridge construction projects and production in some chemical enterprises. It has the features of convenient movement, high degree of automation, accurate measurement and simple operation.

This machine, with mobile design, is mainly composed of automatic feeding system, automatic weighing system, microcomputer-based automatic control system (with memory function, having the measurements accurate to two decimal places), high- and low-speed mixing system, water supply system and traveling system. Its high-speed mixing part can mix up to 350kg of slurry at a time and 4,000~7,000kg of slurry per hour (in manual control state). In addition, it has a low-speed mixing storage bucket which can accommodate the slurry that has been mixed by the high-speed mixing bucket. The high- and low-speed stirring buckets work together to realize uninterrupted feeding to grouting equipment.
